Summary from Kohesio (English machine translation by the source): Number_reference_aid_programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty That’s it. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The aim of the project is a new product — a colloidal solution of quantum dots (QDs) with limited toxicity and max emission of blue light in the range of 450-470 nm. The choice of emission color is dictated by the desire to offer innovative quantum dots emitting blue light safer for the human eye compared to blue emitters in the 400-440 nm range. Developed PureBlue.dot will be based on non-toxic elements, among others. Zn, Se and S and admixtures, to fine-tune the energy gap of the dot to the expected value. The appropriate shade of blue emission color, limited toxicity and optimisation for electroluminescence applications are the uniqueness and commercial attractiveness of the developed quantum dots. In the first stage of the project, industrial research will be carried out on the doping of colloidal quantum dots with limited toxicity and the introduction of a protective jacket, which on the one hand will allow to shift the maximum emissions to the region 450-470 nm, and on the other hand increase their application value by increasing stability and reducing decomposition processes. Phase II of the project involves combining the stages of quantum dot synthesis into one structured technological sequence and QDs synthesis in the experimental pilot line (ELP) taking into account the in situ control of spectroscopic properties. In the third stage, optimisation works in ELP were planned to ensure the repeatability of the synthesis, to determine the physicochemical parameters of the product proving their high stability in the form of a solution and in layers. The data obtained will be used to prepare at stage IV of the product documentation, i.e. SDS, TDS cards, with
