The Quantum Europe portal is run by the Quantum Europe platform team and published by the portal owner, Oscar Diez, who operates this demonstration in a personal capacity. It is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the West Europe region.
Owner-reviewed for demonstration, 28 October 2026. Not stated yet on this demonstration site: a registered address, registration details and a general contact address.
The portal has no public mailbox yet. Until one is published here, use the suggestion form (no account needed) or, if you have an account, the feedback form; both are explained under Contact on the About page.
What the portal is
Quantum Europe is a demonstration of a public observatory of quantum technologies in Europe. It is not an official service or publication of the European Union, its institutions or the Quantum Flagship, and it is independent of the Quantum Flagship website qt.eu. It does not use the EU emblem, and no endorsement by any source or institution is implied.
The information on the portal
The portal compiles information from public sources, such as the open data of EU and national funding programmes and public registers. Every record names its source and links to it; the source stays authoritative. Counts and charts describe what the portal holds. They are not official statistics, a complete census of the European quantum sector, an assessment of any organisation or country, or investment advice.
Some summaries are produced with AI from public text and are labelled AI-assisted. They can contain errors and are not official statements; editors can correct them.
Accuracy and liability
We take care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that arise from using it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Please report errors through the suggestion form.

Reuse and licences
The portal's own texts and compilations are available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0): you may reuse them with attribution to Quantum Europe and a link to the page.
Data and documents from other sources keep the licence of their source, which each record and the data sources page name, for example the European Commission's reuse policy for CORDIS data (Decision 2011/833/EU), CC BY 4.0 for the OpenAIRE Graph and CC0 1.0 for Wikidata. Images carry their own credits. Third-party logos and names belong to their owners.
