Project funded by Swedish Research Council (Project grant), grant 2008-03719_VR. Participating organisations named by the source: Stockholm University. Funded amount: SEK 135,000, as stated by the source. Runs 2009-01-01 to 2009-12-31. Keywords: Oklassificerat, Unclassified. Source: OpenAIRE Graph, from the funder's project data (collected by OpenAIRE on 2025-12-05); national funding data, not CORDIS. Abstract given by the source: This is an application for supporting the research of Åsa Larson and her group consiting of two phd students and a postdoc during the year of 2009. In 2007, Åsa Larson obtained an assistent lecturer position at Stockholm university that will last until november 2009. Until Dec. 2008, Åsa Larson is funded from the Swedish research council. This application is therefore intendent to cover expenses for the research group during the year of 2009. The funding would be used for conferences, international research exchange as well as computer resources. The research is focusing on the dynamics taking place in small molecular systems where the different types of motion, such as the electronic and nuclear vibrational cannot be seperated. We are studying reactions such as dissociative recombination or mutual neutralization processes. In order to do this advanced quantum chemistry is combined with electron scattering calculations and nuclear dynamics (using either time-dependent or time-independent methods).
