On pace: recent pace 2021-2024: (12 - 2) / 3 = 3.3 a year; needed pace to 2030: (20 - 12) / 6 = 1.3 a year; compound growth: recent +81.7%, needed +8.9% a year. Portal calculation, not the SAB assessment.
At the recent linear pace the value would be about 32 in 2030.
The booklet rates each indicator on its own four-level scale (ahead of schedule, on schedule, needs progress, behind schedule); that assessment is not reproduced here.
