On pace only if growth compounds: recent pace 2021-2024: (47 - 1) / 3 = 15.3 a year; needed pace to 2030: (225 - 47) / 6 = 29.7 a year; compound growth: recent +260.9%, needed +29.8% a year. Portal calculation, not the SAB assessment.
At the recent linear pace the value would be about 139 in 2030.
The booklet rates each indicator on its own four-level scale (ahead of schedule, on schedule, needs progress, behind schedule); that assessment is not reproduced here.
