What the official access pages publish about the use of European quantum computers, testbeds and user platforms: access calls, who may apply, the schedule and whether awarded projects, user organisations or usage figures are published. Read on the date shown; nothing is estimated. Where a page publishes no usage data the portal says "not published". Entries the portal has not yet read for usage data say so. Organisations only: no person is named. Not confirmed by the operators. Owner-reviewed for demonstration, 28 October 2026.
Usage pages read on 2026-10-25; this file compiled on 2026-10-25. Status and access routes come from the infrastructure catalogue (compiled 2026-10-27) and the deployment tracker (sources checked 2026-10-28).
"Moved or missed" counts forecast milestones of the deployment tracker that a later statement revised, that were met after the target date, or whose target date passed without confirmation, at the tracker's check date.
