In short: Every quantum computer, testbed and pilot line in the catalogue, with its access route. Filter by type, country or access; each entry folds its sources. Filter the catalogue
Quantum computers and simulators, user platforms, testbeds, pilot lines and quantum communication infrastructure in Europe, from EU and national programmes, with the official source for every entry and the access route that source names.
Compiled from official EU programme, government, host and project pages on the date shown. Not confirmed by the providers, not an availability or booking service; check the source before applying for access. Owner-reviewed for demonstration, 28 October 2026. Compiled 2026-10-27.

Qu-Pilot
Type
Pilot line network
Technology
Pilot fabrication on superconducting, photonics, semiconducting and diamond platforms
Location
EU-wide
Host
Coordinated by VTT; 21 partners from 9 European countries (organisation profile)
Programme
Horizon Europe (grant agreement 101113983), 2023 to 30 September 2026
Status
Project period ended, per the source. Horizon Europe project that ended on 30 September 2026; its last call round closed in 2024. Kept for reference. The EuroHPC JU call HORIZON-JU-EUROHPC-2026-QEXP-14 funds the next pilot-production phase as a grant call, not as user access. Project period ends or ended: 2026-09-30.
Chips Joint Undertaking, Chips for Europe Initiative (call HORIZON-JU-CHIPS-2025-QAC1-2-SGA)
Status
Project. Listed as ongoing by the Chips JU. Partners in Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands and Norway. The source describes a distributed manufacturing infrastructure with a governance structure to ensure open-access availability, validated first with EU-based start-ups as lead users.

HQI, launched on 4 January 2022 under the French National Quantum Plan; Ruby and Lucy are co-funded by the EuroHPC JU
Status
In operation, per the source. The source says HQI serves French and European academic and industrial researchers who want to evaluate quantum computing free of charge on a public infrastructure. Time on Ruby and Lucy is requested through GENCI's DARI allocation process, with at most 100 hours on the quantum partition. Ruby and Lucy also have their own entries.
Qu-Test open call for testing services. Testing and validation services for companies established in the EU, Iceland, Norway or Israel, 100% funded. The project ended on 30 September 2026; the page is kept for reference.
Qu-Pilot open call for experimental production. Access to pilot fabrication for quantum technology companies established in the EU, Iceland, Norway or Israel, 100% funded. The project ended on 30 September 2026 and its last call closed in 2024; the page is kept for reference.
FiQCI calls for academic projects. Regular calls, planned at least four times a year, for users from Finnish higher-education institutions and research institutes.
Spanish Supercomputing Network (RES) quantum access. Calls every six months, with fast-track access always open, for researchers in institutions in the EU and EuroHPC JU countries conducting open research.
